Using this site

These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them in full; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Bit Shepherds Limited and its licensors own the intellectual property in this site and in Oblate, and every one of those rights is reserved. Where a picture or a passage comes from someone else, the credit beside it says so.

Acceptable use

You must not use this site in any way that damages it or impairs its availability, or in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any such purpose.

Test builds

Test builds of Oblate are offered through Google Play, under Google Play's own terms, to members of the tester group. They are unfinished by design, may stop working or lose your progress at any time, and may be withdrawn without notice.

Liability

This site is provided free of charge. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or correct, and we are not liable to you, in contract, tort or otherwise, for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from it or its contents.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
